Medical Science Liaison
Medical Science Liaison (Oncology – Breast Cancer)
Responsibilities
Provide scientific and medical support within the assigned therapeutic area, aligned with the relevant cross-functional strategy and medical plan.
Lead ongoing, non-promotional scientific exchange with key external experts, strengthening existing relationships and identifying and developing new expert partnerships.
Capture, map, and communicate territory insights (scientific needs, unmet needs, patient pathway and treatment landscape learnings), and manage these insights through approved processes to inform internal stakeholders and strategy.
Deliver high-quality medical education and scientific presentations
Maintain and continuously develop therapeutic, clinical, and scientific expertise, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of relevant guidelines, publications, congresses, and competitor landscape.
Ensure full compliance with AstraZeneca policies, global standards, and local SOPs, including pharmacovigilance, medical governance, and documentation requirements.
Education and Experience
Requirement:
Education:
University education and degree in life sciences (Medical doctor / Pharmacist degree is an advantage)
Professional experience:
Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical commercial and/or medical experience in the relevant field
