Accountabilities:
- Strategic Alignment with Stakeholders: Align and deliver IT strategy towards U.S. business goals, applying technology to improve patient outcomes and strengthen market competitiveness.
- Proactive Entrepreneurial AI Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to promote and incorporate innovative AI solutions that reshape the ways we operate.
- Translate IT Strategy into Actionable Roadmaps: Develop an IT roadmap and investment portfolio that aligns with U.S. business objectives.
- IT Portfolio Leadership and Value Harvesting: Take charge of the IT project portfolio to guarantee value delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Leadership and Development: Guide and cultivate an IT team, encouraging a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Innovation and Digital Transformation: Drive the adoption of innovative technologies to transform business processes and improve patient care.
- Portfolio Risk Management: Anticipate portfolio risks and develop methods to de-risk execution.
- Supervising the duties linked to coordinating IT risks and maintaining compliance.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Define and coordinate important metrics for IT operations.
- Financial Management: Supervise budget planning and monetary assets for IT projects.
- Institutionalize IT Best Practices: Establish tools, applications, templates, processes, and procedures for end-to-end IT operations.
- Collaborative Project Management: Work closely with various departments to ensure successful development and optimization of IT solutions.
- Harness Data Insights: Apply data insights to inform IT decisions.
- Define a Secure and Scalable Architecture: Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to establish a secure, resilient, and scalable IT architecture.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- With over 10 years of proficiency as a dynamic IT partner, Business analyst, and adept at leading projects.
- Consistent history of leading groundbreaking change through AI adoption.
- Broad experience driving innovation in Biotech, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare technology industry.
- IT Project management experience in Life Sciences.
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and ability to apply them to product strategies.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; other languages a plus.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $175,720.00 - $263,580.00. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
