Introduction to role :

This Key Account Manager role calls for a consistently high performer who mentors others, influences beyond a single territory and introduces effective practices across the region. Ready to shape cancer care in Bangalore and beyond?

Accountabilities :

  • Lead the successful completion of all training requirements, including product examinations, to build strong scientific and commercial credibility.

  • Engage Oncology healthcare professionals in meaningful dialogue on approved indications and product efficacy and safety profiles, supporting appropriate on-label prescribing for patients who can benefit most.

  • Partner with the Sales Manager to develop and execute a focused local strategy and business plan that meets or exceeds sales and call execution goals in the territory.

  • Drive sales performance, ensuring sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or surpass therapeutic and territory expectations.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, demographics and managed markets information relevant to the assigned territory, using insights to guide actions.

  • Comply fully with all regulations governing interactions with healthcare professionals, including the ethical distribution of samples and adherence to company and industry standards.

Essential Skills/Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3 Years experience in Oncology.

Desirable Skills/Experience :

  • MNC Oncology experience / Currently handling GUGYN portfolio
