Are you driven by the desire to transform patient care? As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) MeTA+, you'll be at the forefront of fostering relationships with healthcare professionals to elevate disease and treatment awareness. Your expertise will empower Key Opinion Leaders with clinical and scientific insights, ensuring they have access to top-tier medical information.
With 80% of your time dedicated to field medical activities, you'll be instrumental in supportingtheMeTA+ portfolio.
Accountabilities:
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance scientific engagement and understanding of treatments.
- Provide robust clinical and scientific support to KOLs, ensuring high-quality medical interactions and managing medical information requests.
- Disseminate medical information to both internal and external stakeholders within a collaborative cross-functional environment.
- Keep abreast of scientific and clinical advancements in MeTA+.
- Plan and execute research projects for assigned products in line with corporate and local policies.
- Support Italian centers in national/international clinical development research, collaborating with Clinical Operations.
- Assist the Medical Advisor in local studies, including protocol planning, data management, analysis, report preparation, and timely publication.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to uphold scientific and educational standards in activities such as promotional material preparation and scientific event organization.
- Ensure all activities and account relationships align with Company Values, Code of Conduct, Guidelines/Internal procedures, and Italian legislation.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Previous strong experience as a Medical Scientific Liaison or in the Medical Affairs department.
- Previous experience in rare diseases will be considered a plus.
- Understanding of the medical role and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and functions, such as sales, marketing, and access.
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to manage incoming data and/or requests in a timely manner and escalate when appropriate.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in relationship and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Residence or legal domicile in Campania.
