About the Role:
As aCustomerDeliveryTest ManageratEvinova, you willjoin Evinova’s SAAS Delivery team. You willdevelop customer delivery testing strategiesto ensure Evinova’sdelivery of SAAS solutionsmeetscustomer requirements with the highest standards of quality. You willbe responsible fordocumentation of Evinovatesting ofourcustomer ready solutionprior to delivery to Customer for UATto meet project requirements. YoumayrepresentEvinovain support of Customer UATincludingadaptation of test scripts to meet Customer configuration and/orcustomer facing activities such as participation in Customer meetings.

What You'll Do:
Customer-Focused Testing Strategy:Define and execute test strategies tailored to specific customer implementation projects, covering integration, configuration, and UAT.
Delivery & Go-Live Readiness:Lead project level QA effortsincluding execution of testingto ensure that customized SaaS solutions meet quality standards and business goals, enabling a smooth go-livefor customers.
Own out of the box test scriptsin partnership with core product test manager for each product release to support Customer testing.
Support Customer UAT process:Adapt out of the box test scripts based on customer’s configuration of the base productin support of Customer UAT
Stakeholder Management:Providecustomerswith clear testing guidance, helping to manage expectations, and act as a bridge between the customer and internal teams toresolve customer questions about the product, testscriptsandtestoutcomes throughout thecustomer testingphase.
Defect & Risk Management:Identify, document, and manage bugs in collaboration with internal teamto avoidcustomerdeployment delays.
Team Leadership:Lead effort to automate testing for customer delivery and developbest practices.
Project Documentation:Finalizeallinternaltesting documentation for customer deployment, ensuring all SLAs aremetand the product is ready for handover.
EvinovaSaaS Delivery: Develop a deep understanding of Evinova SaaSproductsand roadmapinsupport of ensuring thorough testing of all requirements duringinitialimplementation and in support of system upgrades and/or updates to the system, integrations and/or data post implementation.Supportsuccessful implementation forCustomer throughrepresentation ofEvinovaduring Customer UAT, including participation in Customer UAT efforts and ongoing management of UAT findings in collaboration with internal Evinovateams.
Team Leadership:Guide and mentor delivery teamintestingbest practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with IT, business units, and vendors to definetestingrequirements. Maintain a strong partnership and collaboration with internal data science/engineering at the platform level, includingcaptureand knowledgeshareof customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
Process Improvement:Develop and refine delivery playbooks, checklists, and automation tools to enhance deployment efficiency. Maintain a commercial mindset, ensuring your projects deliver value for bothEvinovaand customers. Champion change initiatives by following change management best practices and aligning project outcomes with strategicobjectives, product releases and cross-functional teams through complex transitions.
About You:
You are highly organized, solution-oriented, andhavea strongtest management inSaaS deliveryfor enterprise customersand are skilled atunderstanding emerging technologies in support of testing best practices within a regulated industry.You thrive in customer-facing rolesfor emerging technologyand are passionate about improving healthcare through technologyand work collaboratively and efficiently in cross functional teams.
Essential Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, ora relatedfield.
Experience:Proven experience in a Test Manager role, preferably within a SaaS or client-facing implementation environment.
SaaS Familiarity:Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and cloud-based software delivery.
Technical Knowledge:Proficiencyin test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail), automated testing frameworks, and API testing.
Soft Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage client relationships and team performance.
Collaboration:Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and commercialteamsfor successful outcomes for customers andorganization.
Domain knowledge:Solid understanding of clinical research systems and data workflows (e.g., EDC, EMR, CTMS,ICF).
Culture: Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, or start-up environments, with the ability to drive action and scalable solution-building.
