Project Manager
Are you ready to lead the coordination and maintenance of an office environment that supports around 2000 users? As a Project Manager, you'll ensure the infrastructure operates smoothly, implementing new technologies for an optimal user experience. Your expertise in managing food & beverage services, soft services, and office security will be crucial. You'll capture business requirements effectively and manage day-to-day activities, working closely with vendors and stakeholders. Collaborate with the facility team to focus on users, events, and meetings while supporting project managers and IT teams in strategic implementations. Are you prepared to make a difference?
Accountabilities:
- Coordinate vendors to ensure a high level of service.
- Maintain a high standard of service level to foster an excellent work environment.
- Develop and oversee food & beverage and soft services.
- Manage front desk services.
- Support site event organization.
- Ensure infrastructure and personnel security.
- Collaborate with the SHE team on activities and campaigns.
- Coordinate meetings and support team members in generating business cases.
- Prioritize workload to achieve targets.
- Manage relationships with key customers and portfolio managers.
- Work collaboratively with global colleagues for consistent administration services.
- Support budget preparation and forecast reports.
- Compile summary documents for team distribution.
- Develop online management reports and key performance parameters.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience managing offices and services/programmes or similar roles for 5-8 years
- Technical skills related to facility management, especially in food & beverage, soft services, and front desk
- Well-developed organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with third-party suppliers
- Experience in workplace strategy, office and facilities management, event management
- Experience applying policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Goal-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to plan project parts, monitor progress, and maintain timelines
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Prior administrative experience and management
- Ability to follow processes and take ownership
- Specialist knowledge in business support activities
- Ability to respond to rapidly changing priorities
- Demonstrates a can-do approach and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Fluent in English and Spanish (native/bilingual)

- Engineering degree/professional qualification
