Introduction to Role:

Join us at AstraZeneca's Enterprise Data Information & Availability Services, a central team leading Data, Analytics and AI Platforms and Solutions. We're looking for a Product Success Manager to play a key role in the continued growth and success of our services.

You'll be the bridge between our partners and our service teams, ensuring their expectations are exceeded while advocating for their requested product improvements and enhancements. This is your chance to shape AstraZeneca's digital journey and accelerate our growth!

Accountabilities:

As a Product Success Manager, you'll develop an in-depth understanding of our services, provide guidance to users on how to enhance their value, collaborate with collaborators to understand their delivery plans, and work closely with the Service Teams and Architecture to ensure full visibility of partner needs.

You'll also work with our vendors to understand and influence the product roadmap, develop product success measures, and run a communications plan that keeps all customers updated on Service roadmaps and value creation.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Experience working alongside teams using data management and data ops technologies (examples: Snowflake, dbt, FiveTran, Neo4j)

• Prior experience in a SaaS organization is ideal

• Demonstrable experience working with multiple internal collaborators to deliver complex roadmaps

• Strong experience in building partnerships with technical vendors

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Experience working in a global organization with diverse cultures

• Good awareness of GxP and SOX compliant platforms and services

• Ability to understand customer needs, difficulties, and preferences

• Strong project management skills

• Effective communication skills to convey the value proposition of the product

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with collaborators

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Strategic approach to identify opportunities for growth, anticipate market trends, understand how vendor roadmaps will change our Services and know how to position these effectively with our collaborators.
