Finance Business Partner, Market Expansion

Typical Accountabilities:
• Manages finance delivery in a geographic or equivalent area, delivering Finance programmes and plans that support the organisation’s objectives and incorporate the mid to long term business and Finance strategic priorities

• Oversees others to deliver core Finance processes

• Works with management to understand business priorities and tailor finance support to local requirements

• Monitors performance, identifying and resolving any issues regarding finance delivery

• Provides input to longer term development and improvement of AstraZeneca finance policy and programme design

• Manages Finance resource requirements to deliver organisational Finance objectives and enable successful execution of day-to-day Finance programme delivery

• Develops and manages the departmental budget

• Mentors more junior staff and identified talent for development

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Essential: Rigorous and analytical thinking; Highly numerate; Independent and collaborate worker; Developed commercial and analytical skills; Professional Finance qualification
• Desirable: Specialist financial qualification to support general financial qualifications
