Accountabilities
As a Device Specialist, you will play a vital role in transforming logistics data into actionable insights and ensuring the smooth operation of our device supply chain. You'll be part of a team building the service from the ground up, with the opportunity to transform Evinova’s device supply chain and service model.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze logistics data to create comprehensive reports that provide visibility into device movement, inventory levels, and logistics performance. Utilize digital reporting tools to craft dashboards and visualizations that support decision-making processes.
- Process Management: Assist in optimizing logistics processes using SAP and other platforms, ensuring devices are accurately tracked and monitored. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and collaborate with the team to implement solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy. Contribute to the development of SOPs related to medical and mobile device usage and shipping.
- Operational Support: Provide analytical support to the Device Service Manager, assisting in resolving logistical challenges. Maintain communication with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of logistics plans.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Experience in logistics & supply chain (medical/pharma).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful reports.
- Proficiency in SAP and reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Process-driven mindset, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
- Passion for great service and service improvement initiatives.
