Change, Communications and Training Lead: Clinical Supply/Global Operations

We are seeking a Change, Communications and Training Lead, with focused support in the area of Clinical Supply & Global Operations functions, to join our team and contribute to this transformative journey.
This role connects the central Axial team with the Leaders from the Clinical Supply/Global Operations deployment team(s). The central team has built the global template for in-scope processes, identified change impacts, and defined the Axial approach to change management. This will likely cover multiple regions and also link into Global business teams. The role is critical to encourage centrally-defined activity and resource is effectively utilised on a broader scale, and provide lessons learned for future deployments.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, tracking, and overseeing the delivery of the end-to-end change plan for the Clinical Supply/Global Operations Axial deployment, ensuring activities are aligned with wider global deployment and CCT activities. You will supervise and provide analysis from the end-to-end change impact assessment and co-create a change intervention plan that ensures lessons learned are fed into future deployments and to the global CCT team.
You will provide change management expertise, advice, mentorship, and support to various collaborators within the Clinical Supply/Global Operations deployment organization. Additionally, you will play a key role in providing key Business Stakeholders with important progress reports and offer guidance and support in their role enabling a successful deployment.
You will also provide leadership to the change catalyst teams working across the network and provide a focal point for their community of best practice sharing and support. You will work closely alongside Global communications and training colleagues to ensure the development of high-quality, tailored materials to meet the needs of your business customers. Your role will also involve ensuring that all change management work is carried out in line with AstraZeneca standards and external regulations.
Essential Skills/Experience
• Proven track record in change management within large-scale, complex programs.
• Experience across multiple functions, including (but not limited to) Operations (e.g., Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics), Finance, IT, Commercial, R&D, etc.
• Understands existing clinical supply landscape and processes within AstraZeneca
• Demonstrated ability to shape and develop innovative solutions with significant impact on business areas and the organization.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of seniority, with experience in cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Strong networking skills, with established internal connections within AstraZeneca.
• Experience working within a global organization with complex geographical and organizational contexts.
• SAP implementation experience.
