Associate Director, Training Lead
Location: Barcelona, Spain (on-site) 3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home.
The Training Lead for the RIM systems will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive training program to ensure all users are fully equipped to utilize the system effectively. This role involves creating and updating training materials, leading a team of trainers, and collaborating with various departments to identify training needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
• Develop and implement a strategic training plan for the ERV system.
• Ensure training programs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Continuously assess and improve training programs based on feedback and new developments with RIM Systems.
Material Development:
• Create, update, and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online modules.
• Ensure training materials are comprehensive, accurate, and user-friendly.
Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trainers.
• Assign training assignments and monitor progress to ensure delivery of high-quality training sessions.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with Product Owner, Process Owners, IT, and other departments to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Provide direction to the training managers on the updates needed for releases and ensure they are available for go live activities.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on training programs and gather feedback.
Evaluation and Reporting:
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs.
• Implement improvements based on evaluation results to enhance training outcomes.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training program development and management, preferably in an enterprise system environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with Veeva or similar enterprise systems is an advantage.
• Experience in conducting training sessions, preferably in an enterprise system environment.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and levels of technical proficiency.
Desirable
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Certification in Training and Development or a related field.
• Experience with eLearning platforms and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
