Product Manager Cardiovascular, Renal, Metabolic (CVRM)

Accountabilities:
- Brand Management Leadership: Prepare and execute the commercial plan for a key brand, setting clear goals, measuring outcomes, and adapting at speed to deliver market impact.
- Cross-functional Orchestration: Lead the Brand Team and enable close collaboration between Marketing, Sales Force, Medical, Regulatory, and Market Access to align strategy and ensure seamless delivery.
- Strategic and Operational Brand Planning: Develop the annual Brand Plan, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and operational excellence across the organization.
- Market Insight and Forecasting: Analyze local market and competitive dynamics and build robust long-range forecasts that guide decisions, resourcing, and prioritization.
- Performance Storytelling to Senior Leaders: Regularly present business results versus budget, market insights, and implications to senior leaders, turning data into decisive actions.
- Investment Stewardship: Plan marketing spend across current and outer years, managing variance to budget and optimizing for return on investment.
- Omnichannel Execution: Lead the multi-channel marketing mix and roll out priority projects including promotional material, congress activities, and HCP events that shape demand and advocacy.
- Field Collaboration and Capability Building: Partner with the Sales Force to understand needs and deliver targeted training that lifts capability and performance in the field.
- External Advocacy and KOL Engagement: Represent AstraZeneca and strengthen ties with local and national opinion leaders to build advocacy for the CVRM portfolio.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Higher level education in Science or Business, or equivalent experience
- Pharmaceutical commercial experience (min. 1 year) with strong performance track record
- Marketing experience, preferably in Cardiovascular and particularly in Heart Failure, and/or Chronic Kidney Disease
- Strategic marketing capabilities
- Rigorous commercial business sense
- Customer-focused with interest in building relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, moderation, training and negotiation skills
- Experience in relationship and stakeholder management
- Curious personality and good cross-functional team-player
- Excellent organization skills
- High level of motivation and proactivity
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
- Strong working proficiency in English
