Thisisanexcitingopportunitytoworkin apurpose-ledenvironmentwhereyourideasandexpertisewillhaveadirectimpactonpatientsandhealthcareprofessionalsacrossPortugal.

AbouttheRole

Inthisrole,youwilldriveaccessandadoptionofAstraZeneca’sinnovativeOncologyportfolio.You’llcollaboratecloselywithhospitals,payers,andhealthcareprofessionalstocreatesharedvalueanddeliverbetterpatientoutcomes.

ReportingtotheHematologySales Manager,you’llworkwithatalentedcross-functionalteamincludingMedical Affairs,MarketAccess,andMarketing.Together,you’lldesign localstrategies,delivereducationalinitiatives,andbuildpartnershipsthatpositionAstraZeneca as atrustedallyinthefightagainstcancer.

Thisrole combinesscience,strategy,andmeaningfulconnectiongivingyoutheopportunitytoshapehowourmedicinesreachpatientswhoneedthemmost.

KeyResponsibilities

  • DevelopandimplementaccountplansthatalignwithAstraZeneca’sHematologystrategy.

  • Buildandmaintainlong-termpartnershipswithHematologists,pharmacists, hospitaladministrators,anddecision-makers.

  • Engageinscientificdiscussionsaboutproductefficacy,safety,andtreatmentpathways.

  • Identifyanddeliveropportunitiesthatimprovediagnosis,access,andqualityofcare.

  • Collaboratewithcross-functionalteams todeliverintegratedandcustomer-focusedsolutions.

  • Achievesalesobjectiveswithinyourassignedterritoryandmanageresourcesresponsibly.

  • Use digitalandomnichanneltoolstoengagestakeholderseffectively.

  • Ensurecompliancewithinternalstandardsandexternalregulations.

EssentialSkills&Experience

  • Bachelor’sdegreeinLifeSciences,Pharmacy, Business,orarelatedfield.

  • Pharmaceuticalsalesexperience,ideallyinOncologyoranotherspecialtyarea.

  • ProvenKeyAccountManagementexperiencewithseniorhealthcarestakeholders.

  • Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.

  • Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalabilities.

  • Collaborativeandproactiveapproachtoworkingin cross-functionalteams.

  • Proficiencyin PortugueseandEnglish(spokenandwritten).

DesirableSkills&Experience

  • PostgraduatedegreeorfurthercertificationinScience, Business,orHealthcareManagement.

  • ProvensalesexperienceinHematologyexperienceinthisareaisastrongplus.AdditionalexperienceacrossothertherapeuticareassuchasOncologyisalsovaluable.

  • FamiliaritywiththePortugueseHematologyecosystem,includingpathwaysfordiagnosisandtreatment.

  • Experienceinterpretingandusinghealtheconomicsoroutcomesdata.

  • Familiaritywithdigitalandomnichannelengagementapproaches.
