Product Manager for Rare Disease Portfolios

You will work at the intersection of analytics, brand strategy, and creative activation. Partnering with cross-functional teams and external agencies, you will design and optimize marketing programs that propel sustainable growth. Accountabilities:
Brand Marketing Design and Evaluation: Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of marketing activities for assigned brands, ensuring measurable impact on awareness, demand, and patient access.
Program Optimization: Review marketing programs regularly and implement targeted changes to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with strategic priorities.
Market Insight and Growth Strategy: Work closely with analysts to analyze market data, identify key segment drivers, pinpoint growth opportunities, and anticipate business threats—turning insight into action plans.
Cross-Functional and Agency Leadership: Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to secure clear communication, timely execution, and shared accountability for marketing plan success.
Creative Stewardship: Contribute to the creativity of product packaging, presentation, and promotional activities, ensuring brand consistency and relevance to clinical practice and patient needs.
Progressive Impact: Deliver immediate contributions to brand performance while building scalable marketing capabilities that strengthen portfolio strategy over time.
Compliance and Ethics: Champion objective, ethical marketing practices that respect regulations and reflect our commitment to patients and healthcare partners. How will you bring curiosity and rigor to uncover growth opportunities and mitigate business threats.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Designs, implements and evaluates marketing activities of assigned brand.
Reviews marketing programs and implements program changes
Works with analysts to analyze market data and identify key segment drivers, growth opportunities and business threats.
Liaises with internal departments and external agencies to ensure full communication and success of marketing plans
Contributes to creativity of product packaging, presentation and promotional activities
Experience managing brands in specialty care or rare disease markets
Strong proficiency with marketing analytics platforms and dashboarding tools
Track record of leading cross-functional launch readiness and lifecycle management Understanding of healthcare compliance and ethical marketing standards
Ability to translate complex insights into simple, actionable strategies
Advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field
