Area Sales Manager for BKK (CVRM)

Introduction to role:

Are you ready to lead a dynamic sales team in the heart of Bangkok? As an Area Sales Manager for the CVRM Business Unit, you will oversee a group of medical representatives and drive sales results across key hospitals such as Siriraj and Somdech Phra Pinklao. This role demands a seasoned leader who can share best practices and influence peers on a national level.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead your sales team to meet and exceed established sales targets, delivering detailed forecasts to the Franchise Lead.
  • Motivate medical representatives to achieve targets and identify opportunities, while anticipating obstacles and providing guidance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Key External Experts (KEE) through proactive engagement.
  • Implement in-field sales strategies and analyze reports to refine approaches and provide feedback.
  • Coach medical representatives to enhance their professional skills and support their career development.
  • Promote a team-oriented culture with a growth mindset and positive outlook.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethics.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ experience with positive track record in specialty pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
  • Proven success as District Manager with relevant skills or experience in financial management and sales operation
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, competitive outlook and team-oriented skills within and across functions.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in Thai and English
  • Area Sales Manager in diabetes and relate TA experience is a plus.
  • Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business such as Sales Training, Operations, Brand Team or Managed Markets
