Job Title: Associate

  • Work Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore, India

  • Work Schedule: Three days on-site, two days remote (3/2)

  • Career Level: C2 – Individual Contributor position.

Introduction to role:
We focus on discovering, developing, and commercializing prescription medicines for some of the world's most serious diseases. As part of our Global Commercial Operations, you'll support Global Marketing teams by curating and managing digital and print creative solutions. As an Associate, you will collaborate with designers to review assets for portal upload, improving marketing and brand messaging.

Accountabilities:
As an Associate, you will be responsible for managing the execution of digital asset organization, verification, storage, and cataloguing within the Content Centre DAM platform. You'll collaborate with global and regional content delivery managers to coordinate content that meets customer expectations. Your creative skills will be applied to generate visual concepts based on client requirements, revise designs based on feedback, and ensure final graphics are effective and on-brand. Additionally, you'll work on digital media designs and infographics to build impactful marketing campaigns.

Crucial Skills/Experience:

-Typically, at least 3-5 years in graphic design or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques.
- Strong project management skills, with expertise in balancing multiple projects at the same time, while keeping leaders and collaborators well-informed.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive adoption/compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and tailor communications based on the audience.
- Proven experience completing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, product packaging, and corporate identity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
- Ability to work well with others and **build** outstanding/innovative outputs with minimal mentorship.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. A degree or equivalent experience in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field would be an added advantage.
- Experience with Veeva Vault.
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with platforms (JIRA Premium, Smartsheet).
- Experience collaborating with collaborators in multiple geographies.
