What you’ll do

  • Drive sales performance and deliver brand KPIs and financial targets to meet and/or exceed assigned objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain networks with healthcare professionals in the assigned sales territory.
  • Engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patient.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business, increasing AZ value as a scientific partner.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of current practices and market trends of product area.
  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.

Essential for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree (life sciences educational background will be considered an asset)
  • Experience in pharma industry (experience in metabolism will be preferred)
  • Proven digital capabilities and interactions (competence in using Microsoft suite platform and relevant sales tools)
  • Ιnterpersonal and communication skills
  • Business acumen with strong analytical thinking
  • Highly motivated, target driven and results oriented
  • Fluency in English and Greek language

Desirable for the role

  • Master’s Degree/ Professional Certification
