We currently have an opportunity for Franchise Lead Hematology to join our team. The position will report to the Oncology Business Unit Director.
What you’ll do
- Lead the Hematology Marketing and Sales teams of the respective Franchise
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and consistent Brand Plans implementation cross functionally
- Collaborate efficiently with regional and global stakeholders to identify needs, opportunities and actively contribute to the above country strategy implementation
- Partner with key stakeholders to lead short- and long-term patient impact across country
- Build on the development of teams’ capabilities through effective team management and coaching
- Manage the overall budget process for the Hematology Franchise
- Be a member of the local Leadership Team in Oncology Business Unit
Essential for the role
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in scientific or business discipline
- Five (5) years’ experience in Oncology/Hematology (strongly desired) or Specialty Care
- Five (5) years’ experience in People Management Responsibility
- Successful track record in pharma/biotech sales and marketing roles including sales management
- Financial acumen and ability to gather and act on business and customer insights to shape brand strategy
- Experience of leading brand strategy within a multinational company with evidence of strong strategy alignment (global to local) and collaboration to deliver overall company results
- Successful track record in Key account Management; Proven stakeholder and relationship management experience
- Strategic mindset, analytical thinking, presentation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence with or without authority
- Fluency in Greek and English language
Desirable for the role
- MBA or other relevant master’s degree
