Summary

Dig and deliver key finding to customer. Develop new modeling methodology and perform regular diagnostics to assess performance. Support internal sales performance and activity data management, generate the reporting and conduct the targeting setting projects.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES   主 要 职 责

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand and translate business needs into analytic requirements, develop an actionable data analysis plan 50%

  • collect related data from different channels (e.g.sales,IMS,CPA,CRM etc.),and incorporate the data collected from BU into the analysis,ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of those data
  • - offer analysis solution(e.g.data format used in analysis) for one specific business analysis demand, determine analysis method, conduct independent analysis of those data
  • - find out the major problems by effective data mining, get business-related conclusion and make report forms that meet the requirements of users      
  • Provide insights in business review and present performance report in BULT and  RSD QBR        

Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to the sales team on territory management follow guidance to special case

  • Handle sales special case within guidance
  • Provide hospital and physician potential identification
  • Provide call planning and work load estimation
  • Optimize sales force sizing and territory setting and FTE allocation
  • Develop analytical report on field force productivity  & resource allocation

  • Review and Fine-tune current operation procedures
  • BISO projects support and lead as BP
