  • Lead and drive S&M finance business partnering for AZ China
  • Lead and drive financial aspects of key investment projects in AZ China
  • Accountable for financial support of business development initiatives including initial assessment, due diligence and valuation support
  • Fulfill management reporting of financials for all in scope functions
    • Functional monthly financial report with cost variance analysis
    • Risk and opportunity analysis and forecast
    • Financial management action recommendations
  • Manage the flows of accurate and timely financial information between business unit/project and central finance functions
  • Engage functional senior management team to meet and exceed defined financial KPI
  • Provide specific analysis where necessary to support decision making
  • Identify opportunity to help business improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Finance business partner for ongoing business operations as well as special project support
  • Provide effective coaching to team members
  • Recognize the creative potential of every person in the team and make productive use of it
  • Budget assumptions validated against actual costs
  • Quality plan which can be executed/tracked and can drive performance
