Job requirements

Academic / Professional qualification     学 历 / 专 业 资 格

 Bachelor must, but Master preferred in marketing, business administration, statistical analyses, medical, pharmacy

Technical / skills training    技 术 / 技 能 训 练

Be able to Lead team to support evidence based business decision by interpretation and suggestion from insight and intelligence

Be able to Lead team to develop comprehensive annual market research plan with innovative, effective methodologies

Be able to lead team to guarantee the scientific base of long term forecasting and manage forecasting process

Working experience

Essential     必 需      

Min 10+ yrs experience in role with marketing research or brand management responsibilities with min 5 year in pharmaceutical industry

Demonstrate good skills in coaching, collaborating, planning, strategy thinking and market research/CI skill.

Experience in people management, marketing research agency or consulting firm              

 Language ability    语 言 能 力

Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English / Chinese

Computer literacy    电 脑 知 识

Highly skilled in PowerPoint, Excel

Ability to run functions/programming in Excel or other statistical software

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

Lead team to support BUs to develop Brand plan efficiently, be perceived as leading business partner 30%

Clearly recommend priority of patients & leverage points by precise patient flow/journey and efficient communication with both local and global teams

Develop insightful ‘factbook’ and lead efficient market and customer insight discussion in BP XFN workshop

Improve usage of customer insight or market research results by meaningful recommendation and action plan discussion

Develop comprehensive and cost-effective market research plan as part of BEP which precisely addresses key business issues and ensure key strategy with check points

High evaluation from BU leadership team members;

On time delivery of fact book in high quality

Establish close working relationship with leadership teams

Pro-actively seek opportunities, to provide value-added recommendation to management decision making

Enhance CI capability continuously by accurate information together with meaningful and actionable recommendations for business decision 20%

Regular delivery: on time deliver monthly newsletter, by TA RA situation and daily OC alert

Ensure company level ad hoc cases to address critical business issues

Ensure brand level CI result with meaningful and actionable recommendations answering key Business questions

On time ‘Competitor news’ & RA report delivered

Feedback from key stakeholders

Ensure scientific Long-term forecasting by owning model, operating FRC, aligning between local and global in LRP 25%

Update forecasting assumptions and model by May; align between local teams and GA&I/GPPS in forecasting model and key assumptions;

develop ‘forecasting library’ to help alignment by documenting guidance, rules, assumptions by May

Contribute to LRP through arranging FRC, giving comments and recommendation to BUs

Monitor BEP result and measure quality of execution with actionable recommendation 25%

Accurate & geographic representative tracking result be fully communicated with meaningful recommendation and coordinate action plan discussion

Develop quantitative sales force capability evaluation from HCPs

Ensure STEM result be well used in improving sales force capability and efficiency through facilitate Stem workshop with XFN teams (MKT, sales, CMA, etc.) to develop action plan

Prism/STEM delivered on time withwith meaningful recommendation feedback from stakeholders
