■ 職務内容 / Job Description

• Interpret day-to-day business objectives and preparation/execution of operational practices/work programs.
• Interpret guidelines for processing/calculating tax withholdings, deductions, garnishments, relocation, arrears, stock, benefits, and other payroll impacting items.
• Recommend changes to remain in compliance with regulatory requirements while streamlining, improving processes and gaining efficiencies.
• Defines standards and reusable approaches within the Payroll operational framework.
• Manage overpayment recovery process and ensure compliance with appropriate regulations.
• Develop and maintain audit procedures, perform SOX related audit controls.
• Handle statutory audits and internal audits, risk audits for payroll function
• Ensure excellent customer service from the payroll team to employees, HR and all other functions
• Collaborate with  Finance and HR to create payroll reports and forecasts
• Managing risks and data confidentiality and mitigate any potential risks
• Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirement.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
• Train team members on new or enhanced operation procedures, policies and systems.
• Identify process improvement initiatives and define standards for new processes.
• Implement quality control measures.
• Interprets policies and procedures when employees have queries
• Effectively manage relationship with the payroll vendor and key stakeholders
• Optimize key vendor relationship and enhance tools to benefit employees
• Research and resolve payroll issues by analyzing any errors or system problems and finding and implementing solutions.
• Document and update procedural documentation.
• Stay current on payroll trends and legislation.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses as applicable
• Meet targets/goals set for the team
• Lead/participate in projects as required.

• HR experience with proven payroll experience, preferably within a complex commercial organization
• Familiarity with cloud computing and internet research
• Vendor Management

• In depth knowledge of labor legislation and tax regulations.
• Strong tech savvy, and the ability to learn technical subjects quickly.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to think conceptually as well as a high attention to detail.
• Superior people skills, including verbal and written communications with all levels of employees and managers.
• Self-motivated and able to work in an independent fashion as well as a team environment.
• Ability to establish relationship and work effectively with external vendor partner.
