■ 職務内容 / Job Description
May have specialist knowledge in a particular Human Resources functional area. Will manage the day-to-day operations within the area and be responsible for implementing policies and HR portal. Is likely to have professional Human Resources qualification. May be a member of a pool of Human Resources professionals working on diverse Human Resources/Business projects.
Advisory work responsibilities including Case management, Providing answers to employee's questions and queries, Providing HR related information to employees, Document management,Monitoring and tracking employee's data, Implementing global projects locally, Conducting local projects in collaboration with Local HR teams, Participation in any Workday related projects and activities and Participation in local policies update.

・Over 3 years working experiences in HR div at a global company
