職務内容 / Job Description

  • Accomplish CEA according to the guidelines and generate plausible results in collaboration with internal and external people concerned (make a plan, collect necessary information, generate necessary data, conduct multiple analyses, and make material)
  • Prepare required materials and negotiate with HTA organization in formal cost-effectiveness evaluation process
  • Prepare HTA-related materials for price listing or repricing
  • Make a suggestion to Pricing & Market access strategy in terms of HTA
  • Collect updated information about technical knowledge, HTA system, and competitors, and leverage them for our activities
  • Manage the budget and outsourcing to implement CEA effectively

  • Bachelor degree in relevant field (Marketing, Science, Economics or pharmacists)
  • Experience in CEA
  • Knowledge of healthcare business, HTA, and reimbursement pricing regulations in Japan.
  • Project management skills
  • Skills of leading cross-functional team
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Logical thinking
  • Problem resolution skills
  • Persuasion skills
