Experiences:

Higher financial education;
Excellent knowledge of IFRS (ACCA / ACA / CPA as advantage);
Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian finance legislation
Good knowledge of credit control system;
Excellent knowledge and experience with MS Excel;
Experience with SAP;
At least 3 years of working experience as a financial controlleror finance business partner in FMCG / Pharma; Overall finance experience 6 years or more.
Experience in building effective business processes and controls
Experience in sales and profit planning;
Experience in supply chain is an advantage
Experience in Big4 is an advantage
Capabilities:
Strong communication skills;
High level of responsibility; 
Strong analytical skills;
Good presentation skills;
Demonstrating commitment and support in cross-functional work;
Excellent knowledge of English.

Job responsibilities:

A person is expected to take ownership of the financials of the Ukrainian Business Unit, lead reporting and control processes, support in planning activities.

Reporting, analysis and control over the BU financials (reporting on monthly basis, analysis by product and channel, control of costs, rebates, profit);
Support Cluster finance team in Short-term and Long-term planning;
Communication with Senior Management Team regarding financial topics;
Maintain local finance processes, including sales and supply forecasting in line with S&OP;
Support of business development projects;
Business processes building and development;
Financial models development;
Drive a fast-moving organization culture embedded in a digital mindset and with an innovation DNA.
Safeguard AstraZeneca’s assets and reputation through application of solid standards and process, balanced risk management and act in advance by anticipating future risks.
Translate complex financial requirements in simple undoubtable concepts for all organization.
Reporting to Country General Manager, dotted line to Cluster CFO
Manages teams: Accounting, IT and Admin (total 3 subordinates)
