【ComEx】Experience Design Manager or Specialist, Experience Design, Commercial Excellence

■ 職務内容 / Job Description

Below are the main responsibilities;

1. Drive the Design Thinking process and executions for assigned project teams as directed by the Experience Design Lead.
2. Leverage creative and analytical approaches to synthesize gathered data and transform these into tangible solutions.
3. Execute research (1:1 interviews, usability tests, card sorts, tree-tests, and others where needed) of end-users, assisting the Experience Design Lead in the creation and presentation of Personas and User Journey Maps where necessary.
4. Assist in the creation of sketches and rapid-prototypes based on team reviews, user feedback, as well as ideation sessions.
5. Plan, organize, and execute design sprint workshops together with the Experience Design Lead and project owners where needed.

Other Responsibilities are;
• Assist with the coordination of all inflight projects’ stake holders to organize and schedule research sessions.
• Assist with the management of tasks on the UX Kanban Board.
• Email communication of timely critical information across projects stake holders.

'• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, interfacing with a large client-base
• Working with teams (or directly) specialized in user / customer experience, creatives, or digital development
• Experience working in organizing schedule across projects
• Experience working in fast-paced communication to multiple stakeholders
• Experience working in coordination type of work for IT projects

【能力 / Skill-set】

<必須 / Mandatory>

• Adobe CC software suite (Adobe XD used primarily for rapid-prototyping).
• Familiarity with eye-tracking systems (Tobii) for usability testing.
• Working-knowledge of Design Systems.
• Communication skills, with the ability to speak effectively / assertively with business stakeholders
• Soft skills for greeting customers (ensuring they are comfortable before research sessions)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Native in spoken & written Japanese and business level English
