ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Should be able to handle all technical/functional related issues for various applications that we support in the team.

  • Capability to ideate automation, Proactive analysis, validation & fixing of business data issues.

  • Should have sound knowledge on the KPI metrics and always challenge the team in case of any miss.

  • Responsible for the incidents/tasks which are transferred to our queue and proactively guide the team member to make sure correct steps are followed.

  • Responsible to validate the content for all the KBAs with the respective SMEs and follow up on the same in case of any pending actions like expiration renewal/KBA update/ author/CSM update.

  • Responsible for creating problem tickets for repeated incidents or tasks.

  • Responsible for creating the list of Continuous Improvements and assign it to the appropriate team member and get it completed within the mentioned time frame. The CI can be done through automation or without automation.

  • Should be able to handle the team/meetings in case of service lead’s absence and proactively provide updates to SL & OSM.

  • Should work cross-functionally with teams and available for the team to help/guide them in case of any P1/P2 or critical issues

MANDOTORY SKILLS

  • Technical hands on experience in

  • Snaplogic ETL

  • Informatica Power Center ETL

  • AWS Redshift / SQL

  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge on Jira and Service Now

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Amazon EC2, S3, Postgre

  • Unix Shell Scripting / Python

  • Certification on SnapLogic will be added advantage.

  • Able to grasp and understand new technology and concepts. Proactive approach to problem solving

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MSc

SHIFT: Rotational and Weekend shifts

PREFERABLE INDUSTRY: IT or Manufacturing or Pharma or any specific
